Mullabrack Ladies GFC v Cladai
Mullabrack ladies
GFC took the field with their first ever senior ladies team who were
competing for the first time in the Armagh Senior Ladies League. It
was an historical occasion and one that will be remembered for a
very long time both for the football and the players and managers
who took part.
The Mullabrack ladies were
captained by Christina Crilly and the game started at a very fast
pace. It was clear from the outset that Mullabrack were enjoying the
occasion. Cladai showed their experience throughout the game and
eventually ran out winners scoring 2 goals and 20 points to
Mullabrack's 3 points. All Mullabrack points coming from Shauna
Gollogly and Christina Crilly. Josephine McSorley [manager] said
it was an excellent learning experience for Mullabrack ladies to
begin their challenge for the senior ladies league title.
